We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays. While we currently do not offer support in the weekends we are currently experiencing high volume of projects, an as  a result there is a strong possibility that some queries may be addressed during the weekend. 

By the end of January 2025, we aim to increase our response times to within 4 hours, 7 days a week.
